App42 App Analytics now empowers app developer to perform In-App Funnel analysis for tracking user conversion and taking informed decision on top of that. App42 funnel analysis is build on top of event APIs and it is simple to use in your app.
Funnel consists of different layers starting from top of the funnel. Every layer in the funnel represents an event in the app which a user performs. At every event occurrence, app developer has to just call App42 Event API as shown below for Android application.
App42API.initialize("","",""); LogService logService = App42API.buildLogService(); // Log first event String eventName = "FirstEvent"; logService.setEvent(eventName); // Similarly log second and consecutive events in your app on its occurrence
You can similarly use other App42 SDKs to log your event if you are on any other platform like iOS/JS/WP/J2ME etc. as explained here in our documents.
The logged event can be tracked in the funnel in AppHQ dashboard as shown in the below screen shot.
Funnel chart will contain information about each layer of the funnel e.g. count of respective event, conversion with respect to top of the funnel event, conversion with respect to previous funnel event along with over all funnel conversion.
Isn’t it quite simple and straightforward? Just get Register and start building your app with complete Mobile Backend and analytic solution with App42 Cloud API.
