App42 Cloud APIs Catalogue Backend as a Service provides catalogue management capabilities on the cloud out of the box. Developers can create multiple categories under a catalogue. Each category can have multiple items associated to it.

APIs for creating a catalogue, creating a category under a catalogue, adding a item under the category, fetching the items using category or by item id. Items can also be removed.

Catalogue Service can be used in conjunction with Shopping Cart/ E-Commerce API to create an overall shopping experience for your Ecommerc App customers on the cloud. The images of the items are served through our CDN Service.
The data in the Catalogue I.e. Categories and the Items can also be managed through the AppHQ console which gives a Web Interface. Catalogue data can also be downloaded in various format e.g. Excel, XML, CSV etc.
